Orange-Tailed Lizards Rescued from Path of Planned Freeway

The Arizona Game and Fish Department is working with the Department of Transportation to safeguard species in the path of the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway — including the chuckwalla, a large lizard found throughout the desert southwest.
